This tasty hot avocado and seafood dish can be served as an entree or as a light meal.

Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1 250g can crab meat
250g prawns
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Bunch of Chives
Sauce:
30g butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Utensils:
Chopping board
Sharp knife
Saucepan
Saucepan
Wooden spoon
Oven proof serving dishes
Baking dish
- Turn oven to 180 degrees
- Melt butter in saucepan
- Add flour, stir until combined
- Remove from heat and gradually add cream and milk
- Return to heat, stir until mixture boils and thickens
- Reduce heat, add tomato paste, curry powder, mayonnaise, salt & pepper
- Simmer 2 minutes, then cool
- Cut avocados in half and place in oven proof dish
- Top with crab meat and prawns
- Cover with sauce, chopped chives and Parmesan cheese
- Places dishes in a baking tray with water in it
- Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown
