This wholesome pizza is a quick and healthy alternative to take away

Made from fresh ingredients, it can be made in less time than it takes to have one delivered!

D'Lish Dishes - Lamb Pizza
Serves: 8 adults
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Cost: $2.00 per serve

 Ingredients:

Lamb Pizza1 pizza base
1 cup pasta sauce
300g plain light yogurt
200g grated mozzarella cheese
1 285g jar mango chutney
125g lamb fillets
1 piece sweet potato (kumera)
1 bunch broccolini
90g fetta (reduced fat)
Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top

Utensils:

Chopping board
Sharp knife
Microwave dish
Pizza tray (or any other baking tray)
Baking paper
Pizza cutter

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
  2. Peel and chop the sweet potato and partially cook in the microwave
  3. Just cook (blanche) the chopped broccolini
  4. Place base on pizza tray covered with baking paper
  5. Spread the tomato sauce & yogurt on the base
  6. Spread the mango chutney over the sauce
  7. Place sweet potato & broccolinilace on the top
  8. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
  9. Place chopped fetta, mango and lamb pieces on top
  10. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
  11. Cook for 30 minutes or until crisp and brown
