This is a quick and easy chicken casserole to fill you up! It can be served with rice or pasta.

Ingredients:
750g chicken fillets
3 rashers of bacon
1 carrot
1 onion
200g mushrooms
1 can chicken vegetable soup
2 tablespons chopped parsley
Brown rice
Utensils:
Chopping board
Sharp knife
Fry pan
Oven proof dish
Can opener
- Turn oven to 180 degrees
- Peel and slice onion, carrot & mushrooms
- Chop the bacon and fry with the vegetables for 5 minutes
- Place vegetables in oven proof dish
- Add the can of soup and parsley
- Bake in moderate oven for 45 minutes
- Serve with brown rice
