Ingredients:
250g softened butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 cups Self Raising Flour
Utensils:
Electric mixer
Measuring cup
Cookie cutters
Rolling pin
Baking trays
Airing rack
- Preheat oven to 150 degrees
- Beat butter and sugar until light & fluffy
- Blend in eggs and vanilla, mix well
- Stir in flour and mix until well blended
- Place in cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight
- Roll out on floured board to 1/2 cm thick
- Cut shapes
- Place on trays covered with baking paper
- Bake in over for 10 minutes or until golden brown
