Ingredients:
1 packet frozen puff pastry sheets - 5 sheets
Tomato Paste
Mixed herbs
1 onion, chopped
1 capsicum, chopped
250g grated tasty light cheese
200g sliced mushrooms
2 sticks cabanossi
250g cherry tomatoes
Utensils:
Chopping board
Sharp knife
Wooden spoon
Mixing bowl
Baking Tray
Baking paper
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Cut each pastry sheet into 4 equal portions
- Place tomato paste in centre of each square and sprinkle with herbs
- Mix chopped onion, capsicum, cabanossi, tomatoes & mushrooms with the grated cheese
- Pile mixture in centre of each square
- Fold parcels by either twisting closed (like a money bag) or turning in corners towards the centre
- Bake in over for 20 minutes or until brown and crispy
